1. Registration process
(1) Pre-inquiry for trademark registration

The scope of the search is limited to registered trademarks and trademark applications that have entered the Trademark Office database since the date of the search. The results have no legal effect and are only for reference. They are not the basis for the Trademark Office to approve or reject the application.
There are two types of trademark inquiries, one is through the public database or trademark inquiry software; the other is through the Tongda Trademark Service Center under the Trademark Office; judging from the search results, the inquiry is through the Tongda Trademark Service Center More accurate.

(2). Trademark registration formal review
Trademark formal review (about 1-3 months). Trademark formal review refers to the trademark registration authority’s review of the documents and applications for trademark registration. It is very important to establish the application date. (3) Substantive review of trademark registration
Trademark substantive review (approximately 24-36 months). (4). Trademark Registration Preliminary Examination Announcement
Trademark Preliminary Examination Announcement (3 months) means that after the trademark registration application has been reviewed, if it complies with the relevant provisions of the "Trademark Law", it is allowed to its registration decision. And be announced in the "Trademark Announcement". If no one raises any objection to a preliminary approval trademark within three months from the date of publication of the preliminary approval announcement, the trademark will be registered, a registration announcement will be published, and a registration certificate will be issued.
2. Information required for trademark registration
1. If applying for registration under a company name, a copy of the business license must be provided, and the official seal must be stamped on the copy of the business license;
2. If you apply for registration in your personal name, you need to provide a copy of your personal ID card and a copy of the business license of the individual industrial and commercial household. The copy of the business license of the individual industrial and commercial household must be stamped with the official seal;
3. Provide trademark text or drawings. If the color needs to be protected, color drawings are also required;
4. Provide the goods/services to be registered, which can be based on the goods or services operated by the applicant. The services provided should be filled in with reference to the ninth edition of the International Classification of Goods and Services for Trademark Registration (Nice Classification) and the Classification Table of Similar Goods and Services modified by the Trademark Office based on the above-mentioned international classification table
5 .Provide a "Trademark Agency Power of Attorney" with an official seal or signature, which can be obtained from this website; especially note that the address on the "Trademark Agency Power of Attorney" should be exactly the same as the registered address on the business license.
3. Time required for trademark registration application
Trademark inquiry (two working days) - trademark formal examination (about 1-3 and a half months, the acceptance notice is issued, and the trademark can be used)—trademark substantive examination (about 24-36 months)—trademark announcement (3 months)—receipt of registration certificate (2 months).
