1. The video entries must be between 30 seconds and 10 minutes in length; the written entries must consist of up to 5 Weibo posts. The content of the work must be positive and healthy, free of pornography, violence, gore and other inappropriate content, and comply with national laws and regulations. All original works are eligible to participate regardless of the region of the author.

2. Each person can only win one work, and multiple shortlisted works will be selected to compete for the grand prize;

3. Submissions can only be made from March 5 to October 31, 2012. Works submitted to the Sina Micro Video Contest.

4. The entries must be original by the entrants themselves, and the entrants should confirm that they own the copyright of the works.
