Hello, I am happy to answer your question
Any unit or individual can apply to the Trademark Office to cancel the registered trademark. In theory, there is no limit to the number of trademark cancellations.
The Trademark Law stipulates that after three years from the date of trademark registration, anyone can file for trademark revocation against the trademark. There is no regulation on the number of times the same person may initiate withdrawal and the time interval.
Friendly reminder: If the application is not approved after one time, the next application will still be rejected for the same reason.
