The difference between the two is that the certificate issued after paper submission is a paper document. Required documents:

(1) To submit a replacement trademark registration certificate in paper form, the following original documents are required:

1. Applicant’s seal One original copy of the application for reissue of trademark registration certificate, ***2 pages;

2. One original copy of the power of attorney stamped by the applicant, ***1 page;
