During the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, Bayi Steel will speed up the construction of blast furnace system, supporting capacity of steel materials, energy conservation and environmental protection, ensure that the annual steel production capacity of the headquarters reaches100000 tons, further expand the development space and enhance its strength, and form a strategic development pattern with Urumqi headquarters as the main body, northern and southern Xinjiang as the support, relying on Xinjiang, radiating Central Asia and "one body and two wings". At present, the construction of 3 million tons steel production base in Baicheng, southern Xinjiang has started.
