Documents required for EU trademark registration:
1. Sign and seal the agreement provided by us
2. Entrust the trademark provided by us Signed and stamped on the book
3. A copy of the company’s business license or applicant’s ID card
4. A clear trademark image (preferably in JPEG format)

EU trademark registration process:
(1) Submit official application
When the application materials and application are complete, the application will be submitted to the foreign cooperating lawyer for processing on the same day .
(2) Official acceptance of application
Provide a written report of application receipt, including translation of application information, application date, application number, etc.
(3) Formal inspection and inspection of prohibited words and prohibited clauses
The European Union Internal Market Harmonization Office will conduct formal inspection and notify the trademark authorities of each member state of the inspected requirements for search.
(4) EU official search
Each member state will submit the search results to the Internal Market Coordination Bureau within 3 months. The Internal Market Coordination Bureau will send the search results to the applicant for reference.
(5) Announcement
After inspecting the announcement, the three-month announcement period will begin. Any third party may object to the published trademark.
(6) Approval of issuance of registration certificate
If no third party raises objections or the objection fails, the applied trademark can be approved for registration and an electronic registration certificate will be issued.
Under normal circumstances, it will take about 1 to 1.5 years to complete the registration.
