Individuals can register trademarks! However, the following conditions must be met: 1. Individual industrial and commercial households can apply for trademark registration in the name of the applicant with the name registered in their business licenses, or they can apply for trademark registration in the name of the person in charge registered in the licenses. When applying in the name of the person in charge, the identity card and business license of the person in charge shall be submitted. Two, rural contracting households can apply for trademark registration in the name of the contractor, and the applicant's ID card and contract shall be submitted when applying. 3. Other natural persons authorized to engage in business activities according to law may apply for trademark registration in the name of the operator published in the registration documents of the relevant administrative organs, and the identity card of the operator and the registration documents of the relevant administrative organs shall be submitted when applying. 4. The scope of goods and services that a natural person applies for trademark registration is limited to the business scope approved by its business license or relevant registration documents, or to the self-operated agricultural and sideline products.
