Youxi is one of the top ten ecological tea-producing counties in the country. It mainly produces green tea and black tea. In Houlou Village, not far from Guifeng Village, there is a compatriot growing Oriental Beauty Tea. This tea is made from the buds of one heart and two leaves that have been bitten by small green leafhoppers. The tea body is white, green, red, yellow and brown. One kilometer north of Guifeng Village, there is the "Cailingfang" farm. Next to the adobe house, there is a pond with extremely clear water. This is one of the eight ancient scenic spots in Guifeng, "Yuquan Honey". The spring water gushes out from the cracks in the stone. It is sweet and refreshing. Local people use this spring to make tea and make wine.

Guifeng has a long history of brewing rice wine, and "Youxi Guifeng Rice Wine Brewing Technique" has been included in the Fujian Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage List. As the inheritor of this technique, Cai Heshu brewed the "Cailinghong" rice wine, which was the official yellow rice wine supplied to the first World Heritage-themed Cultural Expo.

Cai Heshu served as the director and party branch secretary of Guifeng Village in his early years, and was responsible for the protection and development of Guifeng ancient residences. When he was the village director more than ten years ago, he was actively applying for a national historical and cultural village. As one of the members, I wrote the application document for him. I drank Guifeng rice wine for the first time and lived in the old village with thick earth walls. overnight.

Now the old village building has been demolished and converted into a wine vat for landscaping. At that time, I did not expect that Guifeng would be successful in applying for a national historical and cultural village. I thought it was a big and difficult matter. We now call charity a kind of sentiment, and those who devote themselves to charity are sentimental people. Cai Heshu can be called a sentimental person. When you come to Guifeng, you might as well drink sentimental wine brewed by sentimental people.

Although Guifeng is small, there is a small bar in the village called "Huajiufang", located under the redbud tree in Shiqiao Scenic Area, and there is a resident singer singing at night. Guifeng is a place where you can enjoy a slow life. Spend the night in a B&B in Guifeng, drink some wine at the Flower Wine Shop, fall asleep to the sound of the original running water at night, and wake up to the joyful chirping of birds in the morning.
