What is illegal printing of trademarks?
Illegal printing of trademark marks refers to the act of printing trademark marks in violation of the Trademark Law, the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law and the Measures for the Administration of Trademark Printing. Illegal printing shall include the following contents:

(1) Failing to obtain the certificate of trademark printing unit to undertake trademark printing business;

(2) Printing the trademarks of tobacco products or drugs for human use without obtaining the qualification to print the trademarks of tobacco products or drugs for human use;

(3) printing a registered trademark as a counterfeit trademark in violation of Item (3) of Article 52 of the Trademark Law.

(4) printing a prohibited trademark in violation of the provisions of Article 10 of the Trademark Law;

(5) Printing a registered trademark without authorization in violation of the provisions of Item (1) of Article 44 of the Trademark Law;

(6) Accepting the entrustment of the licensee to print trademarks, which violates the provisions of Article 40 of the Trademark Law and fails to indicate the name and address of the licensee's enterprise;

(7) Printing trademarks constitute infringement.
