"Little Red Book" will conduct formal review after receiving the materials. Complaints that meet the requirements will be handled. For cases with unclear qualifications, incomplete materials, or other non-compliance with the requirements, "Little Red Book" will not accept the complaint until the right holder provides complete information. After "Little Red Book" officially accepts the complaint, it will conduct a superficial review of the material content and make a review result. If the complaint is approved, "Little Red Book" will take corresponding measures to prevent further damage. 4. During the review process, "Little Red Book" has the right to require the right holder to provide or supplement corresponding materials depending on the specific circumstances. The right holder should respond or supplement within a reasonable period set by "Little Red Book". If no reply is made within the period, or supplementary information, the right holder shall be deemed to have withdrawn the complaint. The rights holder may also voluntarily withdraw the complaint. Regardless of whether the rights holder withdraws it voluntarily or is deemed to have withdrawn it, "Little Red Book" has reason to believe that the infringement originally complained of did not exist from the beginning. 3.
