1. Qualifications of the applicant for trademark registration in Hong Kong:

(1) Copy of personal identity card or passport (personal signature), and name and address of the applicant in Chinese and English

V. Ways to apply for trademark registration in Hong Kong

(2) Entrust a nationally recognized agency (Shanghai Law Point Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd.) to handle:

(1) Communicate with the agency on the application for trademark registration. When the trademark applicant contacts us, We unreservedly explain the trademark registration application to the trademark applicant and provide feasible solutions.

(2) Inquire about the trademark of the trademark applicant and provide professional analysis, explain the matters needing attention in the trademark application to the trademark applicant one by one, and leave the decision-making power of the trademark application to the customer.
