Things to note when submitting trademark applications for trademark applicants and agencies

1. Submission of trademark registration and other relevant documents must be typed or printed;

2. When submitting various trademark applications, they must be bound with staples.

Binding order: (1) Application form (2) Power of attorney (3) Copy of business license/copy of natural person ID card (the copy must be complete and the handwriting must be clear) (4) Provide other supporting materials (For example: notarization of portrait trademarks, materials for collective and certification of trademarks) (5) Trademark pattern (new application);

Binding position: the upper right corner of the trademark application.

3. When submitting various trademark applications, a list must be attached, and the official seal of the agency organization must be stamped on the list. Make two copies of the list: one to be mailed with the article and one to keep. The list you keep should record the mailing date and barcode number. If the trademark application is sent directly, two lists must be attached. Please write the agency organization’s phone number on the list.

4. The content and quantity filled in the list (such as applicant name, trademark name, category, trademark application number/registration number) must be consistent with the content and quantity of the submitted application documents; and in the corresponding Corresponding column divisions (for example: change applications are in the "Change" column)

5. The envelopes for submitting various trademark applications should indicate the content of the mail and the number of pieces on the cover of the envelope (for example, : New application documents, change documents, renewal documents, etc.)

6. Submission of various trademark applications must be sent by registered mail or express mail.

7. Do not put the objection application and renewal application in the same envelope, but mail them separately (the recipient's handwriting must be clear)

8. Submit trademark Various applications from the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (such as improper registration, rejection review, objection review, trademark disputes, etc.) and supplementary materials should be sent to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board.
