The process of changing the name of a trademark registration company:

1. The applicant can handle it by himself or entrust a trademark agency established in accordance with the law to handle it;

2. If you handle it by yourself, submit the application documents directly at the application acceptance window of the trademark registration hall. If you entrust the application, the agency will submit the application documents to the Trademark Office;

3. After the change application is approved, the Trademark Office will issue Proof of change of applicant.

Article 18 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China

You can apply for trademark registration or handle other trademark matters by yourself , or you can entrust a legally established trademark agency to handle the matter. When foreigners or foreign enterprises apply for trademark registration and handle other trademark matters in China, they should entrust a trademark agency established in accordance with the law to handle it.

Article 41

If a registered trademark needs to change the name, address or other registration matters of the registrant, a change application shall be submitted.
