Audi cars use four rings as their logo because in 1932 Audi merged with Horch, Wanderer and DKW to form the "United Motor Company". Each of these rings represents a company. The four rings are of the same size and interlocked side by side, representing the equal status of the four companies and their close unity and the entire alliance is unbreakable.
Audi is headquartered in Ingolstadt, Germany, and has branches in many countries including China. On December 20, 2018, the 2018 World Top 500 Brands list was released, with Audi ranking 51st.
