201010/On October 27th, the International Kiwifruit Summit Forum was held in Pujiang County, Chengdu. At the opening ceremony, "Pujiang Kiwifruit" was officially recognized as a national geographical indication protection product. Pujiang county is one of the three largest yellow-fleshed kiwifruit growing areas in the world. Pujiang county has a mild climate, abundant rainfall and fertile soil, which is recognized as the most suitable area for planting kiwifruit. It is a national kiwifruit standardization demonstration zone and a kiwifruit export quality and safety demonstration zone. It is one of the three largest yellow-fleshed kiwifruit growing areas in the world, and it is also a rare kiwifruit producing area where red, yellow and green converge. In 20 10, "Pujiang Kiwifruit" was recognized as a national product protected by geographical indications because of its beautiful fruit shape, rich aroma, sweet and sour taste, unique flavor and rich nutrition, and was successfully registered as a geographical indication certification trademark in 2010/year.
