If the reissue of the trademark registration certificate is processed at the same time as the transfer, the "Application for Reissue of Trademark Registration Certificate" and the "Application for Transfer of Registered Trademark Application" should be submitted separately. If a supplementary certificate is filed in the name of the transferor, the name on the registration certificate issued shall be the name of the trademark registrant before the transfer (this certificate must be used with the transfer certificate); if the supplement is filed in the name of the transferee , the name of the registrant on the issued registration certificate is the name of the transferee.
