According to historical records, Lushan tussah silk was already a noble clothing material in the Zhou Dynasty. After Liu Xiu, Emperor Guangwu of the Eastern Han Dynasty, established his capital in Luoyang, the government immediately distributed tussah silkworm seeds to the people and actively advocated the development of tussah silkworm production. By the Tang Dynasty, Lushan silk had become a treasure in the palace, and the county magistrate Yuan Dexiu used Lushan silk as tribute year after year.
4. Zhaiji Vinegar:
Zhaiji Vinegar is a local specialty of Zhaiji Village, Lizhuang Township, Baofeng County, Henan Province. It uses high-quality millet, barley, and peas as raw materials. Five-spice seasoning is used as auxiliary ingredients and it is brewed using traditional techniques.
5. Ruzhou Fenpi:
Ruzhou Fenpi is a traditional snack in Ruzhou City, Henan Province and belongs to Henan cuisine. Founded in the 20th year of Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty, the puddle along Chengguan West Street has a family home along the field. It has a history of more than 160 years.
