Roborock was founded in July 20 14. Is a research and development and production company of intelligent household cleaning robots and other cleaning appliances. Its founder and CEO is Chang Jing.

Roborock has been labeled as "Xiaomi" since its birth. When the company was founded, there were only four employees. Two months later, Xiaomi decided to invest in the company and entrusted it to develop Mijia intelligent sweeping robot, so Roborock took off.
