If an application is submitted within one year after obtaining the overseas trademark registration certificate, one-time funding will be provided according to the following countries and regions. The total annual funding for the same applicant (including enterprises and groups) shall not exceed 500,000 yuan:

1. For those registered through the Madrid System, funding will be based on the number of designated countries, with RMB 2,000 for each designated country or region, and a maximum of 20 countries or regions per case;

2. If registered in the European Union and the African Intellectual Property Organization, each case will receive a subsidy of RMB 10,000;

3. If registered in a single country, each case will receive a subsidy of RMB 5,000;

4. Those registered in Taiwan and Macau will receive a subsidy of NT$3,000 per project.
