Barbie Q, or BBQ, is the abbreviation of "Barbecue" and also "BBQ". This is an interesting cooking method, a bit like kebabs in Xinjiang, China. BBQ is usually conducted outdoors. When people go out, they usually put charcoal on the barbecue table, then light it with fire, then put the metal barbecue grill on top of the charcoal, and then put raw fish, meat and other foods on the barbecue grill and spread some seasonings such as soy sauce and Chili noodles on the food.
