Trademark post-application inquiry refers to two years after the trademark applicant or his agent submits the registration application, or half a year after the submission of the application for change, renewal, transfer, certification, etc. Inquiries on trademark processing status when no information has been obtained. Applicants or agents can log in to the "China Trademark Network" and click on the "Trademark Query" column to query, or they can come in person or send a letter to the Trademark Office for free query.

(1) Inquiry

1. The inquirer fills out the "Post-Trademark Application Inquiry Form" at the inquiry window of the trademark registration hall, and submits the "Notice of Acceptance" or the paid trademark Copy of fee invoice and trademark drawing. When inquiring about the processing status of applications for changes, renewals, transfers, certificate replacements, etc., the registration number of the original trademark should also be stated.

2. Three working days from the day after the Trademark Office accepts the trademark inquiry, the inquirer can go to the trademark registration hall to collect the inquiry results by himself; if the result has not been found within three days, the trademark office will wait until the result is found. The bureau notifies the enquirer by letter.

(2) Inquiry by letter

1. Submit a copy of the "Notice of Acceptance", or a copy of the trademark fee invoice paid and the trademark drawing, and should be included in the letter State the inquiry item, company name, contact person and mailing address, and stamp it with the official seal. When inquiring about the processing status of applications for changes, renewals, transfers, certificate replacements, etc., the registration number of the original trademark should also be stated. 2. After the Trademark Office finds out the result, it will notify the inquirer in a timely manner.
