3. Merchants must be the brand owners of the products they sell, or provide brand sales authorization certificates and agency authorization letters.

4. Have a basic e-commerce operation team with complete capabilities and after-sales service capabilities.

Uniform qualification requirements for various categories:

1. The company’s registered capital is 100,000 yuan and above 100,000 yuan

2. A copy of the business license: a valid annual inspection must be completed And the goods sold are within the scope of business

3. Copy of tax registration certificate: both national tax and local tax are acceptable, priority is given to uploading tax registration certificate stamped with the seal of the State Administration of Taxation

4. Organization structure Copy of code certificate

5. General taxpayer qualification certificate: If you are not a general taxpayer, you do not need to upload it

6. Legal person ID card: scanned copies of front and back sides

7. Brand qualification: Must be within the validity period

A. Private brand: Upload the trademark registration certificate or registration application acceptance notice. (If you have handled changes, transfers, and renewals, please also provide the change, transfer, and renewal certificate or acceptance notice issued by the Trademark Office)

B. Agent brand: the following two conditions must be met at the same time :

a. A copy of the trademark registration certificate or trademark registration application acceptance notice;
