Review: After the relevant department receives the application documents. There will be two major review processes. That is, formal review and substantive review. If it is found that the application documents are incomplete or the trademark does not comply with regulations. The applicant will be notified of clarification or modification within a certain period of time. If no explanation or modification is made, the trademark application will be deemed to have been abandoned.

Announcement: After a series of reviews. The trademark will be included in the announcement. Within two months from the date of announcement of the trademark application, anyone may submit a written objection to the trademark application to the patent registration authority. The announcement lasts for two months, if no objections are raised. The trademark will be approved for registration.
