Article 5: If other raw and auxiliary materials used in the production and sale of counterfeit cigarettes are seized, a reward of 2 yuan per kilogram will be given.

Article 6 If the amount of the whistleblower award when the award is raised according to the standards stipulated in items 1 to 5 of this article is less than 10% of the fine and forfeiture of the case, the whistleblower may be rewarded at 10% of the fine and forfeiture, but shall not Repeat the award.
