What are the components of a trademark?
trademark components generally include: characters, graphics, letters, numbers, three-dimensional signs, colors, hearing, smell, taste and touch. Article 8 of the new Trademark Law stipulates: "Any visible sign that can distinguish the trademark of a natural person, legal person or other organization from other people's goods, including words, graphics, letters, numbers, three-dimensional signs and color combinations, and the combination of the above elements, can apply for registration as a trademark." Obviously, the legal elements of a trademark are: "words, graphics, letters, numbers, three-dimensional signs and color combinations, and the combination of the above elements."
