Aluminum profile inspection standards

Al- Frame Acceptance Standard

1 Scope

This standard specifies the inspection standards and general specifications for a series of aluminum profiles for solar cell modules.

Suitable for incoming material inspection and production process inspection of component aluminum profiles.

2 Quoted standards

The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through citation in this standard. During use, attention should be paid to the validity of the standards.

MIL-STD-105E Batch-by-batch inspection and counting sampling procedure and sampling table

GB5237.1-2004 Aluminum alloy building profiles Part 1: Base material

4. Inspection method

Outline dimensions

Inspect according to the drawing requirements of various profiles.

Material

The profile material grade is 6063 T5, and the supplier provides material reports on a regular basis.

Surface hardness

Use a hardness tester to test the hardness of an average of 3 to 5 points on the inner surface of a profile, and take the average value as the test hardness.

Oxide film

4.4.1 The oxide film must be frosted. The appearance color shall be compared according to the sealed physical standard sample confirmed by both parties. 4.4.2 On the same profile, the oxide film thickness reaches AA15 level, specifically the average thickness of the oxide film measured at 5 to 8 points, the average film thickness of a single piece is ≥15um, and the local film thickness of a single piece is ≥12um.

Profile curvature/torsion

When the profile is tightly attached to the platform and stabilized by its own weight, the maximum gap between the bottom surface of the profile and the platform measured along the length of the profile Requirement ≤1.5mm

4.6 Appearance quality

Normal vision, under natural scattered light conditions, without using an amplifier, the profile to be inspected is placed 0.5m away from the observer’s eyes, and the long Observation for up to 10 seconds.

4.6.1 The surface of the profile should be smooth, and defects such as peeling, cracks, corrosion, alkali precipitation, bumps, bubbles and other defects are not allowed;

4.6.2 The surface of the profile should not be There is poor oxidation, such as local obvious color difference, pitting, etc.;

4.6.3 Profile edges and corners:

Notches with width ≤1mm and depth ≤0.5mm are allowed, and the number is less than 1 Pieces/meter:

Length ≤30mm without obvious depth, visual scratches or minor damage, number ≤1 piece/meter

4.6.4 Permitted on the surface of the profile There are slight pits, bumps and scratches.

For area-type defects, such as pits and wear, the area without depth is ≤5mm2, and for those with depth, the area with depth is ≤0.2mm≤2mm2

For strip type The degree of defects, such as strains, scratches, and abrasions:

Width: decorative surface ≤ 0.1mm, non-decorative surface ≤ 0.2mm decorative surface, the length is shown in the table below:

For decorative surfaces:

Length L (mm) >50mm 30<L≤50 10<L≤30 L≤10

Allowable number (pcs/meter) No depth , slight 0 2 3 4

Depth, but ≤0.2mm 0 1 1 2

For non-decorative surface:

Length L (mm) 50< L≤80 30<L≤50 15<L≤30 L≤15

Allowable number (pcs/meter) Without depth, slight 1 3 4 5

With depth, But ≤0.2mm 0 1 2 3

4.6.5 The profile end is allowed to have local deformation caused by deep processing, and its longitudinal length is not allowed to exceed 5mm.

The above defects are not allowed Relative concentration is allowed, and the total number of decorative surfaces is not allowed to exceed 4/meter, and the total number of non-decorative surfaces is not allowed to exceed 6/meter.

4.7 The depth of die extrusion marks

In principle, it is not allowed to exceed 0.03mm. If there are no obvious die extrusion marks visually, it is qualified.

5. Note:

1. The upper and lower surfaces of the profile are decorative surfaces, and the side surfaces are non-decorative surfaces.

The appearance quality of the inner surface shows no obvious quality problems visually.

2. If necessary, please ask the supplier to provide relevant reports regarding the corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, weather resistance and other requirements of the oxide film
