1. Inquire before submitting a trademark application in Thailand. Find out the similar or identical application/registered trademarks that have an impact on the application, avoid duplication or similarity of trademarks, and improve the success rate of trademark registration.

2. Express the trademark application request to the Intellectual Property Office of Thailand and wait for the documents to be accepted.

3. After obtaining the receipt document of trademark acceptance, it will enter the formal review procedure. If the trademark application complies with the trademark law of Thailand and does not conflict with other registered or registered trademarks. The Trademark Registration Office of Thailand will issue an announcement.

4. The announcement period is three months. If there is no objection, the trademark can be officially registered. If there is any objection, a trademark defense is required.
