The scope of government-guided prices. According to the requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission, the following lawyer service fees are subject to government guidance prices: 1. Law firms should consider factors such as service costs, credit level, difficulty of legal matters, risks and liabilities that lawyers may bear, and other factors. , and adopt piece-rate fees according to different service contents, charge according to the proportion of the subject amount and hourly fees, negotiate with clients on an equal footing, and reasonably determine the price of lawyer services. If piece-rate fees or fees are charged in proportion to the subject amount, you can represent a case in multiple litigation stages (including first-instance proceedings, second-instance proceedings, trial supervision procedures, enforcement procedures, and arbitration proceedings), and the fees will be reduced as appropriate starting from the second stage. 3.
