2. Another way is that some enterprises provide their intellectual property rights, patents or trademark service products to units or individuals free of charge, which is also a franchise mode. Bidding is not the only way.

The franchise filing process is as follows:

1. Apply for the certificate of "two stores for one year". Engaged in commercial franchising activities after May 1 2007, with the corporate business license of the company's headquarters, business licenses of two direct stores operating 1 year or more, and capital verification reports and other supporting materials, issue certificates to the municipal or state commerce bureau with districts where the headquarters is located;

2. Get the login number. Bring the original and photocopy of relevant filing materials to the filing authority for qualification examination. After passing the examination, the original shall be returned to the filing enterprise, and the copy shall be kept by the filing organ for filing. At the same time, you will get the login number and password to enter the commercial franchise information management system;

3. Log in to the system. After obtaining the login number and password, enter the homepage of the commercial franchise information management system, enter the user name, password and verification code in the enterprise login box in the upper left corner of the page, and click Login to enter the enterprise declaration page;

4. Change the password. If it is the first time to log in to the system, in order to ensure the user's data security, the system will automatically ask the user to change the password and click Save to automatically exit the system;

5. Fill in the filing materials. Re-enter the system and fill in the information according to the five requirements of the first page of the system declaration. After all the filing materials are completed, click Preview to declare. In this interface, the filing enterprise can see the information filled in. After verification, click "Declaration and Filing" and send the filing information to the filing authority for online filing and review.

Participants in bidding for franchise rights shall meet the following conditions:

(1) An enterprise legal person registered according to law;

(2) Having corresponding facilities and equipment;

(3) Having good bank credit standing, financial status and corresponding solvency;

(4) Having corresponding work experience and good performance;

(five) there are a corresponding number of technical, financial, business and other key positions;

(6) Having a feasible business plan;

(seven) other conditions stipulated by local regulations.

Article 12

The franchise period shall be determined according to the characteristics of the industry, scale, mode of operation and other factors, and the longest period shall not exceed 30 years.
