Article 4 The collection, disclosure and use of credit information and related service activities shall follow the principles of independence, objectivity, impartiality and prudence to ensure the truthfulness and integrity of credit information; Protect national security, respect personal privacy and keep business secrets. Article 5 The competent financial department of the people's government of the autonomous region is the credit information supervision and management department of the autonomous region, which is responsible for supervising and managing the collection, disclosure, use and related service activities of credit reporting institutions and credit information.

Article 9 The administrative organ shall inquire about the enterprise credit information recorded in the basic database of credit information of the autonomous region in the daily supervision and management, administrative licensing, qualification rating, regular inspection, commendation and evaluation, government procurement and allocation of financial subsidy funds. (7) other information about the enterprise identity registered by the administrative organ according to law. Article 15 Good credit information of an enterprise includes:
(1) Records of trustworthy enterprises evaluated by administrative organs and industry organizations at or above the municipal level;
(2) the trademark is recognized as "China well-known trademark" or "Inner Mongolia famous trademark";
(3) passed the international quality standard certification or the quality standard certification of the state, autonomous region-level administrative organs and industry organizations, or won the quality management award of the state and autonomous region;
(4) obtaining the record of the tax credit rating of the tax department above Grade A;
(5) repayment of debts and performance of contracts on schedule;
(6) the record that the legal representative or principal responsible person was commended by the administrative organ at or above the county level and the industrial organization at or above the league level;
(7) participation in social welfare activities;
(8) Other good credit information that can be recorded according to laws, regulations and rules. Article 16 the credit information presented by an enterprise includes:
(1) the record of administrative punishment such as being fined a large amount for the first time, confiscating illegal income, confiscating illegal property or being ordered to stop production and business;
(2) records of arrears of debts and taxes;
(3) records of arrears of wages and social insurance premiums;
(4) other credit information that can be recorded according to laws, regulations and rules.
