KONE's icon has its own company regulations, and white characters on a black background are not common icons in its company, but white characters on a blue background. My understanding is that you don't care about this company, but this font is preferred.

As far as fonts are concerned, they are made by drawing, not words. Briefly speaking, as soon as you press Start-All Programs-Accessories-Drawing, you first make boxes with rectangles, then fill in each box with words (choose the following method), then adjust them with selection (choose the above method), and finally fill in the colors.
