In the process of using the registered trademark, the trademark registrant may change the registered trademark, the registrant's name, address or other registered trademarks on his own initiative. If any matter is found, the local industrial and commercial administrative department shall order it to make corrections within a time limit; if it fails to make corrections within the time limit, the Trademark Office shall revoke its registered trademark.

If the two parts are separated and used, they will become two trademarks, which will have no connection with the original registered trademark. This is a typical change of registered trademark. If there is a need to use them separately, register the trademark. You can register the text and English parts separately.
