Legal objectivity:

Article 52 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, any of the following acts shall constitute an infringement of the exclusive right to register a trademark: (1) ) Without the permission of the trademark registrant, using a trademark that is the same as or similar to the registered trademark on the same or similar goods (2) Selling goods that infringe the exclusive rights of a registered trademark (3) Forging or creating without authorization the logo of another person’s registered trademark or sell counterfeit or unauthorized registered trademark signs; (4) change the registered trademark without the consent of the trademark registrant and put the goods with the replaced trademark into the market; (5) cause other damage to the exclusive right of others to register the trademark .
