Is there an address on the business license
In any enterprise, what you actually need to apply for is a business license. There are many curious things about business licenses, such as whether two business licenses can be handled at the same address, whether there will be an address on the business license and so on. So, is there an address on the business license? Let's take a look together. 1. Is there an address on the business license?

Of course there is an address on the business license.

(1) According to the current industrial and commercial registration laws and regulations, an enterprise can only have one legal registered address, which is subject to the registration on the license;

(2) The legal registered address can include both the office address and the production and business address, but they cannot be separated. If the space is insufficient and needs to be separated, the unregistered address shall be handled by the branch (branch or sub-branch);

(3) It is illegal for you to say that the office location is not at the legally registered address, and the local industrial and commercial department can investigate and deal with it according to the unlicensed operation (because the business license must be hung at the office location, and the address on the license does not match, that is, it is operating in a different place, which is unlicensed operation).

(4) Therefore, enterprises should operate at the prescribed legal registered address, not from A to B, otherwise it would be a mess.

(5) Its registered items are: name, address, person in charge, amount of funds, economic component, business scope, mode of operation, number of employees, term of operation, etc. Business licenses are divided into originals and duplicates, which have the same legal effect.

(6) The original shall be placed in a prominent position in the company's domicile or business premises, and the business license shall not be forged, altered, leased, lent or transferred.

(7) Without a business license, industrial and commercial enterprises or individual operators are not allowed to start business, engrave official seals, sign contracts, register trademarks or advertise, and banks are not allowed to open accounts.

2. What will happen if the business license is revoked?

Article 180 of the Company Law stipulates: "The company is dissolved for the following reasons:

(1) The business term stipulated in the articles of association expires or other reasons for dissolution stipulated in the articles of association occur;

(2) The shareholders' meeting or shareholders' meeting decides to dissolve;

(3) The company needs to be dissolved due to merger or division;

(4) The business license is revoked, ordered to close or revoked according to law;

(5) The people's court shall be dissolved in accordance with the provisions of Article 182 of this Law. "

Revoking the business license will bring certain restrictions to the enterprise, its legal representative and the person directly responsible. Items (5) and (6) of Article 4 of the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Legal Representatives of Enterprises as Legal Persons stipulate that the legal representative, director or manager of an enterprise that goes bankrupt due to poor management shall not act as the legal representative if he is personally responsible for the bankruptcy of the enterprise, and the enterprise registration authority shall not approve the registration; Being the legal representative of an enterprise whose business license has been revoked due to violation of law, and being personally responsible for the illegal acts of the enterprise, if it has not been more than three years since the date of revocation of the business license of the enterprise, it shall not be the legal representative of other enterprises. Although the business license of the company as a legal person has been revoked by the administrative department for industry and commerce, the revocation of the business license is an administrative punishment measure of the administrative department for industry and commerce, and its consequence is to forcibly deprive the company as a legal person of its business qualification, thus losing its ability to engage in business activities and eventually leading to the elimination of the legal person. However, the revocation of the business license of a legal person does not mean that the legal person is immediately eliminated. The legal person only stops all activities outside the scope of liquidation. According to the relevant laws and regulations, after the business license of a legal person is revoked, a liquidation group shall be formed by its superior competent department or enterprise itself for liquidation. After the liquidation procedure is completed and the industrial and commercial cancellation registration is completed, the legal person shall be eliminated.

Three, the main reasons for the revocation of the business license of enterprises

According to the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration, the company registration authority has the right to revoke its business license if it fails to start business for more than six months without justifiable reasons, or fails to participate in the annual inspection for more than six consecutive months after its establishment or fails to pass the annual inspection (concealing the real situation, practicing fraud, and the circumstances are serious). Accordingly, the revocation of the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person refers to the administrative punishment imposed by the administrative department for industry and commerce on the illegal company according to the national industrial and commercial administrative regulations.

The reasons why an enterprise revokes its business license are mainly manifested in the following two points:

(a) due to poor management, the enterprise has serious difficulties in production and business activities and cannot continue to operate. The enterprise is closed or semi-closed, and its business license is revoked without annual inspection in accordance with the provisions of the administrative department for industry and commerce;

(two) because the enterprise is insolvent, its business license has been revoked without annual inspection, and it has evaded its debts.

The above is a detailed introduction to the address on the business license. To sum up, I would like to remind you that it is illegal to rent a business license in daily work, which avoids some illegal subjects from entering the market and generally gives corresponding fines.
