Sorry, you have exceeded the legal objection period and can no longer raise an objection! The Trademark Office will not accept the application under the following circumstances:
1. Trademark objections can only be filed during the opposition period. If the opposition period has passed, no further objections can be filed.
2. If an objection is filed against a trademark that has not been preliminarily approved and announced by the Trademark Office
3. If the trademark is approved for registration after the announcement and opposition period, it can be filed in accordance with Article 40 of the Trademark Law Articles 4 and 45 request the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board to declare the registered trademark invalid.
4. There is no clear request and factual basis in the trademark opposition application
5. The trademark opposition fee is not paid within the prescribed time limit
6. Failure to make corrections within the prescribed time limit or failure to make corrections as required. All will not be accepted!
