Kangzhuang Village is located 15 kilometers west of Handan City and 2.5 kilometers south of Handanwu Road. The village currently has more than 1,900 acres of cultivated land, 498 households, 1,560 people, and 55 party members. In order to enrich the cultural life of the villagers, a cultural activity room and cultural activity square were built. To facilitate villagers' travel, all streets in the village have been hardened. To facilitate villagers traveling at night, solar street lights were installed. More than 300 acres of roses on the west side of the village bring fragrance to everyone, and an asphalt road leads directly from the village to the south ring of Handan City. The beautiful Kang Lake in the south of the village is under construction. In the east of the village, more than 900 acres of trees and flowers have been planted in spring, creating a scene where people can swim in the middle of a painting.

Kangzhuang Village, Xigaohe Village, Donggaohe Village, Dahepo Village, Qianniujiang Village, Houniujiang Village, Beilizhuang Village, Nanniujiang Village, Tingsitou Village, Shiyao Village, Zhangzhuang Village, Shipo Village, Dongdianzi Village, Xidianzi Village and Jizhuang Village are adjacent to each other.

Near Kangzhuang Village, there are tourist attractions such as Zhaoyuan Tourist Area, Handan Idioms and Allusions Garden, Handan Zhaowangcheng Heritage Park, Mahayana Jade Buddha Temple, Shengjinggang Dragon King Temple, etc. There are Ma Tautian Fusu Fish, Lanxin Specialties such as garden powder products and old locust tree sesame cakes.
