You can apply in person at the Registration Hall of the Trademark Office (Beijing), or you can entrust a trademark agency to apply.

Information required for application:

Trademark pattern is required;

The scope of goods or services to be used for the registered trademark;

Identity documents : A. For company applications: a copy of the company's business license is required; B. For individual applications: a copy of the individual industrial and commercial household's business license and personal ID card are required.

Application procedure:

First search for the trademark. If there is no identical or similar one before, you can prepare application documents and submit the application;

Application About one month after submission, the Trademark Office will issue you an application acceptance notice (this period is called the formal examination stage).

After the formal review is completed, it will enter the substantive review stage, which will take about one to one and a half years.

If the substantive examination is passed, it will enter the announcement procedure (this period is 3 months, also called the objection period);

If the announcement period expires and no one raises objections. You can get the registration certificate.
