2. Application conditions
(1) Possess trademark ownership or right to use.

(3) Inherit unique products, skills or services.
(4) Have a corporate culture that inherits the excellent traditions of the Chinese nation.
(5) It has Chinese national characteristics and distinctive regional cultural characteristics, and has historical and cultural value.
(6) Have good reputation and receive wide social recognition and praise.
(7) Domestic capital and capital from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are relatively controlled, with good operating conditions and strong sustainable development capabilities.
3. Recognition agencies
(1) The Ministry of Commerce takes the lead in establishing the "Chinese Time-honored Brands Revitalization and Development Committee" (hereinafter referred to as the Revitalization Committee), which is fully responsible for the recognition and related matters of "Chinese Time-honored Brands" Work.
(2) The China Time-honored Brand Revitalization and Development Committee has a secretariat and an expert committee. The Secretariat is located in the Department of Commercial Reform and Development of the Ministry of Commerce and is responsible for the organization, coordination and daily management of the Revitalization Committee. The expert committee is composed of experts from various industries, legal experts, trademark experts, brand experts, business management experts, quality experts, historians, etc. It is mainly responsible for the evaluation of "Chinese time-honored brands" and participates in the demonstration of related work.
(3) "Chinese time-honored brands" originally recognized by relevant departments must be re-recognized.
IV. Application for Certification Procedures
Units that meet the requirements for "Chinese Time-honored Brand" certification must apply to the local municipal commerce department, and the provincial commerce department (including cities specifically designated in the state plan) The competent commerce department, the same below) shall review and report to the Revitalization Committee for approval. 7. Dynamic Management
1. The unit where the "Chinese Time-honored Brand" is located must submit a report on the operating conditions of the previous year to the Revitalization Committee before March 15 of each year, which will be reviewed and filed by the Revitalization Committee. .
2. If the unit where a "Chinese time-honored brand" is located has serious violations of laws, regulations, or breach of trust, or fails to submit an annual business report as required, it will be ordered to make rectifications after approval by the Revitalization Committee.
If no obvious results are seen within 6 months, the Revitalization Committee may suspend or cancel the corresponding "Chinese Time-honored Brand" title and make it public.
