Yichun city has a continental monsoon climate in the north temperate zone. The temperature is low, the precipitation is abundant, the soil is mainly dark brown soil, the soil composition is acidic and the organic matter content is high, which is suitable for planting blueberries. Yichun wild blueberry grows in frozen soil, which has the characteristics of pollution-free and pure natural green, and is known as "the fruit of life in cold regions". Many products have won provincial famous trademarks, and 22 kinds of blueberry products have obtained organic food certification. Yichun was awarded the honor of "Hometown of Blueberries in China" by China Small Berry Association.
Yichun is not only the main producing area of wild blueberries in China, but also the most suitable area for planting blueberries. Mature Yichun blueberries in wild blueberries are precious and limited in quantity. To develop blueberry industry, we must develop large-scale artificial cultivation while protecting wild resources. Since 2006, Wuying, Youhao, Dailing and Tieli Bureau have successively introduced tissue-cultured blueberries for planting experiments. 20 10 started large-scale planting in the whole city. In recent years, Yichun District of Yichun City has vigorously implemented the strategy of establishing an ecological zone, prospering the zone with commercial services and enriching the zone with industry, introduced a number of good and large projects with low energy consumption, high output value and large tax payment, and actively promoted the development of blueberry deep processing industry.
