The Trademark Law stipulates that when an enterprise uses an approved registered trademark, it shall not change it by itself. Even if the text content of the existing registered trademark remains unchanged, it is not allowed to redesign the appearance of the trademark by itself. If you want the trademark to better meet the aesthetic point of view of market development, you should entrust the new logo to an intellectual property agency as soon as possible after the design change and before putting it into use, and apply for registration with the State Trademark Office.
