The inside of Master Bao's Xiaobei is a sweet noodle sauce specially made by Master Bao. It is a paste-like condiment made by making koji and keeping fermented.

Master Bao is a pastry brand. In 2013, Beijing Bao Caisheng Catering Management Co., Ltd. applied for registration of the "Master Bao" trademark, and officially obtained the ownership of the "Master Bao" trademark in 2014.
