Before applying for trademark registration, the applicant should first make a trademark inquiry, mainly to inquire whether there is a prior conflict of trademark registration rights.

There are three kinds of queries:

1. Online trademark inquiry system (the State Trademark Office is open to the public) is free.

2. The internal trademark inquiry system (that is, our internal trademark inquiry system) is free.

3. Formal inquiry (this inquiry refers to submitting the trademark to the Trademark Office and entrusting the inquiry personnel of the Trademark Office to inquire) Note: China Trademark Network Inquiry System can only inquire about the trademark files published by the Trademark Office, but the trademarks applied by the Trademark Office in the last six months have not been made public, and the company's internal trademark inquiry system and China Trademark Network Inquiry System cannot inquire. If the applicant needs to inquire about the trademark file applied for at this stage, he must declare the inquiry to the Trademark Office, which will charge the above-mentioned corresponding trademark inquiry fee.
