Cheng Wenbing (1833- 19 10) was born in posthumous title Zhuang, Fuyang County (now Zaozhuang Town, yingdong district) in the late Qing Dynasty.
Cheng Enpu (1882- 1943) is the sixth son of Cheng Wenbing, the prefect of the Qing Yangtze River Navy. At the age of 20, he entered the Anhui Armed Forces School. In the 31st year of Guangxu (1905), he went to Japan, joined Wentong Academy, got to know Sun Yat-sen and joined the league.
Lu Xiyuan (1899— 193 1 year) is also known as Lu Wenyuan, a flower arranging person, and Lu Haoru is his younger brother. He graduated from Anhui No.3 Normal School. In the Republic of China 15 (1926), he joined the China * * * Production Party, served as a primary school teacher and principal, participated in and led the "April 9" uprising, which failed, and successively went to Fengtai and Tianjiaan to carry out revolutionary activities. In the 20th year of the Republic of China, he worked in Jinjiazhai Soviet Area and died in the anti-encirclement campaign.
Panshanzhai (1877- 195 1) was born in Panzhai, Xinhua District. In 1933, he was dismissed from his post and appointed as the director of the steering committee. After taking office, he often supervised the revision in the rain and died in 195 1.
