Why does trademark plastic foaming occur?

1. Uneven glue coating

Generally, self-adhesive trademarks are composed of three parts: printing layer, adhesive and backing paper. According to the manufacturing process, self-adhesive trademarks are divided into three parts: printing layer, adhesive and backing paper. It consists of six parts: coating, surface material, adhesive, release coating (silicon coating), base paper, back coating or back printing. If during the production process of self-adhesive trademarks, uneven glue coating occurs due to process defects, blistering will occur. To solve the blistering caused by this reason, you must choose a good quality brand when purchasing.

2. The pressure of the labeling machine is not enough

Generally, the main components of the automatic labeling machine are the unwinding wheel, buffer wheel, guide roller, driving roller, rewinding wheel, peeling plate and pressure wheel. The process of automatic labeling is that after the sensor on the labeling machine sends a labeling signal, the driving wheel of the labeling machine starts. Because the roll label is in a tensioned state during assembly, when the bottom paper is close to the peeling plate and changes to the bottom of the running mark, the front end of the self-adhesive label is forced to separate from the bottom paper due to the certain stiffness of its own segment. At this time, the labeling The object is just below the self-adhesive label. Under the action of the pressure wheel, the label separated from the backing paper is evenly applied to the object. After labeling, the sensor under the roll label sends a signal to stop the operation, the driving wheel stops, and a labeling process ends. If the pressure wheel of the labeling machine has defects in pressure setting or structural design, it will cause bubbling when labeling the self-adhesive trademark. If you encounter this problem, you need to contact the labeling machine manufacturer to adjust the machine.

3. Electrostatic effect

For self-adhesive trademarks made of film materials, static electricity can also cause the trademark to bubble. Generally speaking, there are two reasons for static electricity: First, it is caused by dry weather. Especially when self-adhesive labels are used in winter in northern my country, static electricity often occurs during the labeling process. Second, static electricity can also occur when there is friction and contact between self-adhesive trademarks and between trademarks and related parts of the labeling machine. When the automatic labeling machine is labeling, static electricity will cause bubbles and affect the labeling effect. To solve the problem of static electricity, you can try the following methods: 1. Reasonably control the temperature and humidity of the operating space. The ideal temperature is 20-22°C and the relative humidity is 50; 2. Use copper metal wires to discharge.
