Go directly to the File Inquiry Reception Room on the west side of the Trademark Registration Hall of the Trademark Office.

1. An official letter or letter of introduction issued by the unit. The official letter or letter of introduction must state the reason for the inquiry and the content of the inquiry.

2. The original and copy of the handler’s work permit or valid identity certificate.

3. Other materials that the Trademark Office deems necessary.
