Li jiadu

Nine wineries gather in a street
Lidu Winery is developed on a private basis. In 1955, public-private partnership was implemented, and nine private workshops in the town merged into public-private partnership Minsheng Winery, which was the predecessor of Lidu Winery. Lidu Winery was turned into a state-owned enterprise in 1959. The produced "Lidu Sorghum" is clear in color, mellow in taste and full of fragrance. The double happiness Daqu produced by this factory won the provincial science and technology award and exported to Hong Kong. Brewing sites stand out

The "history book without words" won the honor
Nowadays, many people define the site of Lidu shochu workshop as the "cradle of China liquor culture" and a "history book without words" brewed by China liquor. Because it is the earliest age, the most complete site, the most relics, the longest duration and the most distinctive local characteristics of the ancient shochu workshop site in China. Huang Jinglue, head of the National Cultural Heritage Administration Archaeological Expert Group, said that from the known archaeological data, it can be said that the site of Lidu Invisible Hall Shaojiu Workshop is a birthplace of China liquor and a precious treasure of China.
After the excavation of the ancient site of Li Du Invisible Hall, it was rated as one of the top ten archaeological discoveries in China in 22. In June 26, the site was rated as a national key cultural relics protection unit. In December of that year, the site of Lidu Distillery Workshop, together with Shuijing Street Distillery Site, Jiannanchun Tianyi Old Distillery Site, Liulingzui Shaoguo Site and Luzhou Daqu Pit Pool Group, was listed as China Liquor Brewing Site in the Preparatory List of China World Cultural Heritage, and officially embarked on the road to declare the world cultural heritage.
