if it is necessary to change the name, address or other registered items of a trademark registrant after the approval and registration of the trademark, it shall apply to the Trademark Office for corresponding change procedures. There are two ways to go through the formalities of changing the address of a trademark applicant: (1) Entrusting the trademark agency registered with the Trademark Office. (2) The applicant shall go directly to the registration hall of the Trademark Office. To apply for changing the address of the trademark applicant/registrant, the following documents shall be submitted: (1) Application Form; (2) The original of the applicant's qualification certificate (such as a copy of the business license of the enterprise, the ID card/passport of a natural person, etc.) and the stamped or signed copy of the applicant (the original is returned after comparison); (3) A copy of the ID card of the agent submitted by the applicant directly in the trademark registration hall; Submit the Power of Attorney if it is entrusted to a trademark agency; (4) To change the address of the trademark applicant/registrant, it is not necessary to submit the certificate of change, except for the transnational change of address. If a natural person changes his/her address across national boundaries, he/she shall submit a certificate of right of abode in the country where the changed address is located.
