1.13.2 When one player chooses to serve or receive the service first, or after choosing to be on one side first, the other player should have another choice.

1.13.3 After getting every 2 points, the receiver will become the server, and so on until the game is over, or until the scores of both sides reach 1 points or the rotation service method is implemented. At this time,

1.13.4 In the first game of doubles, the server first determines the starter, and then the receiver first determines the first receiver. In subsequent games, after the starter is determined, the first receiver should be the player who served him in the previous game.

1.13.5 In doubles, every time the service is changed, the front server should become the server, and the partner of the front server should become the server.

1.15.1 If a game is still not over after 15 minutes (except that both sides have scored at least 19 points), or at the request of athletes from both sides at any time before that, the rotation serve method should be implemented.

1.15.1.1 If the ball is still in the game state, the referee shall immediately suspend the game. The server who has been suspended serves and continues the game.

1.15.1.2 If the ball is not in the game state at that time, the receiver and receiver of the previous round should serve and continue the game.

1.15.2 After that, each player will serve one point in turn until the end of the game. If the receiver has made 13 legal counterattacks, the server will be awarded one point.

1.15.3 once the rotation serve method is implemented, or a game lasts for 1 minutes, the rotation serve method must be implemented in the remaining games of the game.

Articles 2.6.1, 2.6.2 and 2.6.5 of the new rules of table tennis competition stipulated by ITTF on serving will be replaced by the following rules: This revision will be implemented on September 1, 22.

1. Only when the ball is parked in the player's open and flat palm can it be served.

2. From the moment the ball leaves the player's palm to the moment it is hit, the ball should be above the level of the table and behind the end line of the server.

3. When the ball is hit, no part of the body and clothes of the server or his doubles teammate can be within the range between the ball and the net. The purpose of this proposed amendment is to prevent the hidden service out of the sight of the receiver.

1) The ball must be kept above the level of the table from the time it is thrown to the time it is hit.

2) No part of the player's body and clothes can be involved in the triangle formed by the net and imaginary line. The imaginary line is made up of the ball and both ends of the net when the ball is hit.

Brief introduction to the new rules of open serve

The proposal adopted by ITTF is called "Front Serve".
