It's actually quite simple. Boil a small amount of water and soak the labeled part in boiling water. Take it out in about three minutes. Now rinse quickly under cold water for a while. Then tear it up.

Or put some alcohol on the label. In about five minutes. Wipe it off slowly with a rough wet rag.

If there is still residual glue attached, you can slowly wipe it off with a cotton swab dipped in wind oil.
