2. The examiner will formally review the submitted materials. If there are problems with missing documents or non-compliance with the specified terms, the applicant will be informed in writing, and the applicant will make amendments within the specified time. If it is not submitted within the time limit, it shall be deemed as giving up the application.
3. Then, the examination organ will conduct substantive examination to prevent the trademark from being similar or registered earlier.
4. After the approval, a formal announcement will be made for two months.
5. If no objection is raised during the announcement period, the trademark certificate shall be approved and issued.
